Design Memorandum. A design memorandum will be completed after the pre-design meeting to document the applicable design standards and develop concept level design solutions. Summary of the concept level designs for each site are provided below. A follow up meeting to finalize the design memorandum and incorporate the City’s comments will be held by staff from AECOM.

Design Memorandum. HDR will develop a design memorandum to document the design process, borrow area considerations, design and assumptions, and potential challenges during construction. The design memorandum will be approximately 5 to 10 pages and will be provided to GLO in draft and final PDF format. Task 1 Schedule HDR will endeavor to complete Task 1 within one hundred fifty (150) calendar days from the Notice to Proceed; however, completion of this task may be dependent on factors beyond HDR’s control including timeline dictated by XXX’s review time, and receipt of design survey from GPB.   • General The Trustee shall keep proper books of record and account of all the transactions of each Trust under this Indenture at its corporate trust office, including a record of the name and address of, and the Units issued by each Trust and held by, every Unit holder, and such books and records of each Trust shall be open to inspection by any Unit holder of such Trust at all reasonable times during the usual business hours. The Trustee shall make such annual or other reports as may from time to time be required under any applicable state or federal statute or rule or regulations thereunder.

  • Counterparts This Agreement may be executed in two or more counterparts, each of which shall be deemed an original, but all of which together shall constitute one and the same instrument.
