Common use of Substantiating Information Clause in Contracts

Substantiating Information. The Producer covenants and agrees to provide the Administrator with any information, including a completed Statement of Inventory, requested by the Administrator to substantiate the statements made within this Application to further satisfy eligibility requirements. Failure to provide such documentation as requested by the Administrator may result in a rejection of the Application or in being declared in default of the Advance that has been issued.
