Common use of Substantiation of Request Clause in Contracts

Substantiation of Request. 5.3.1 In every written request filed pursuant to Section 5.2, the Consultant shall provide the nature and amount of the request; identification of persons, entities and events responsible for the request; activities on the Project Schedule affected by the request or new activities created by any delay and the relationship with existing activities; anticipated duration of any delay; and recommended action to avoid or minimize any future delay.
