Substitute Sources. The Board of Education shall utilize external substitute agency employees or other such organizations capable to fill work due to CLASS employees’ absenteeism and/or lack of internal staffing interest for additional work. In addition to substitute agencies, the board will post the availability of substitute opportunities for internal hiring.
