SUBSTITUTE TEACHER PROVISIONS. A. This article applies only to represented substitute teachers. Represented substitute teachers are those who are employed by the district for twenty (20) or more consecutive or thirty (30) total days in the preceding year and who are still on the substitute list for the current school year. A list of the represented substitutes shall be provided as soon as possible at the beginning of each school year.
