Common use of SUBSTITUTED PREMISES Clause in Contracts

SUBSTITUTED PREMISES. Landlord reserves the right upon thirty (30) days' written notice to Tenant to substitute other premises within the Building for the Leased Premises for all uses and purposes as though originally leased to Tenant pursuant to this Lease. The substituted premises shall contain approximately the same number of square feet as the Leased Premises without increase of Base Rent. Landlord shall pay all reasonable moving expenses of Tenant incidental to such substitution of premises.

SUBSTITUTED PREMISES. SUBSTITUTED PREMISES. Landlord reserves the right upon right, without Tenant's consent, on thirty (30) days' written notice to Tenant to substitute other premises within the Building complex for the Leased Premises for all uses premises described above, provided that the substituted premises: (i) contain at least the same square footage as the Premises; (ii) contain comparable tenant improvements, and purposes as though originally leased (iii) are made available to Tenant pursuant at the then current rental rate for such space, in no event to this Lease. The substituted premises shall contain approximately exceed the same number of square feet as the Leased Premises without increase of Base Rentrental specified herein. Landlord shall pay all reasonable moving expenses of Tenant incidental to such substitution of premises.
