Substitution of Materials. (a) If any of the materials required by the Specifications or the Maker’s List cannot be procured in time or are in short supply to maintain the Delivery Date, the BUILDER may, subject to the BUYER’s approval which shall not be unreasonably withheld, supply other materials capable of meeting the requirements of the Classification Society.
