Substitution of Paying Agent. The Paying Agent may, in respect of its functions and duties under § 5(1)(a) through (c) above with respect to payments to, or to the order of, the Registered Holder, substitute for itself its affiliate DBTCA, if and to the extent, if so required by law, an additional Paying Agent will be maintained in the Federal Republic of Germany.
