Substitution of Equipment In the event the Computer is inoperable, ASL has a limited number of spare laptops for use while the Computer is being repaired or replaced. This agreement remains in effect for such a substitute. The Student may NOT opt to keep a broken Computer or to avoid using the Computer due to loss or damage.
Substitution of Key Personnel Consultant has represented to City that certain key personnel will perform and coordinate the Services under this Agreement. Should one or more of such personnel become unavailable, Consultant may substitute other personnel of at least equal competence upon written approval of City. In the event that City and Consultant cannot agree as to the substitution of key personnel, City shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement for cause. As discussed below, any personnel who fail or refuse to perform the Services in a manner acceptable to the City, or who are determined by the City to be uncooperative, incompetent, a threat to the adequate or timely completion of the Project or a threat to the safety of persons or property, shall be promptly removed from the Project by the Consultant at the request of the City. Substitutions Whenever a Holder has the right to substitute Treasury Securities or Notes underlying Applicable Ownership Interests in Notes, as the case may be, or security entitlements for any of them, for financial assets held in the Collateral Account, such substitution shall not constitute a novation of the security interest created hereby.
Substitution of Concessionaire At any time during the period of Suspension, the Lenders‟ Representative, on behalf of Senior Lenders, shall be entitled to substitute the Concessionaire under and in accordance with the Substitution Agreement, and upon receipt of notice thereunder from the Lenders‟ Representative, the Authority shall withhold Termination for a period not exceeding 180 (one hundred and eighty) days from the date of Suspension, and any extension thereof under Clause 36.1, for enabling the Lenders‟ Representative to exercise its rights of substitution on behalf of Senior Lenders.

Low Voltage Ride-Through (LVRT) Capability A wind generating plant shall be able to remain online during voltage disturbances up to the time periods and associated voltage levels set forth in the standard below. The LVRT standard provides for a transition period standard and a post-transition period standard.
Other Types of Traffic 8.1 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement or any Tariff: (a) the Parties’ rights and obligations with respect to any intercarrier compensation that may be due in connection with their exchange of Internet Traffic shall be governed by the terms of the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations; and, (b) a Party shall not be obligated to pay any intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that is in excess of the intercarrier compensation for Internet Traffic that such Party is required to pay under the FCC Internet Order and other applicable FCC orders and FCC Regulations.
New Positions A. Each newly created position shall be assigned by the Employer to the national craft unit most appropriate for such position within thirty (30) days after its creation. Before such assignment of each new position the Employer shall consult with the Union for the purpose of assigning the new position to the national craft unit most appropriate for such position. The following criteria shall be used in making this determination:
Substitution Pay Where an employee is directed by the Employer to perform the principal duties in a higher paying position within the bargaining unit, she shall receive the rate for the job in the case of a single rate classification. If a salary range is established, she shall receive the minimum rate of the new salary range or the rate in the new salary range which is the closest step to eight percent (8%) above her current rate, whichever is greater, but not more than the top of the new salary range.
Variations No variation of this Agreement shall be effective unless it is in writing and is signed by or on behalf of each of the parties to this Agreement.
