Subsurface Borings and Material Testing. If tests additional to those provided in Exhibit A are requested by the City for design, the Consultant shall prepare specifications for the taking of the additional borings. Such Subsurface Borings and Testing, as defined herein, shall be provided by the Consultant through other contractors. Payment to the Consultant will be negotiated in writing.
