Subtask 2 – Integration – FFP; O&M. The Contractor shall provide integration services to connect users to the networks and provide technical assistance to ensure operational status of users after the connection process. This includes: user systems integration, network component installations and de-installations, and the management information services required to support those tasks. The Contractor shall provide webmaster and web management services as required for each network. This support may be required to be executed on either NIPRNet or SIPRNet websites. At the time of contract award, the Contractor must be able to, and be eligible to request, with Government process assistance, SIPRNet connectivity at the Government site.

Oracle monitoring tools do not collect or store any of Your Content residing in the Services, except as needed for such purposes. Oracle does not monitor, and does not address issues with, non-Oracle software provided by You or any of Your Users that is stored in, or run on or through, the Services. Information collected by Oracle monitoring tools (excluding Your Content) may also be used to assist in managing Oracle’s product and service portfolio, to help Oracle address deficiencies in its product and service offerings, and for license management purposes.
