  • Check if Required 🗸□ If checked, the Supplemental State Terms and attached hereto as Exhibit “G” are hereby incorporated by reference into this DPA in their entirety. If Checked, the Provider, has signed Exhibit “E” to the Standard Clauses, otherwise known as General Offer of Privacy Terms

  • Extent of Return or Disposition Return or Disposition is partial. The categories of data to be disposed of are set forth below or are found in an attachment to this Directive: Return or Disposition is Complete. Disposition extends to all categories of data.

  • Availability of Performance Order If, and to the extent that, a breach of this contract has been caused by a Relevant Force Majeure Event, the Non-affected Party shall not be entitled to a Performance Order except to secure performance by the Affected Party of its obligations under this Clause 17.

  • Texas Prompt Payment Act Compliance Payment for goods and services shall be governed by Chapter 2251 of the Texas Government Code. An invoice shall be deemed overdue the 31st day after the later of (1) the date licensee receives the goods under the contract; (2) the date the performance of the service under the contract is completed; or (3) the date the Xxxxxxxxxx County Auditor receives an invoice for the goods or services. Interest charges for any overdue payments shall be paid by licensee in accordance with Texas Government Code Section 2251.025. More specifically, the rate of interest that shall accrue on a late payment is the rate in effect on September 1 of licensee’s fiscal year in which the payment becomes due. The said rate in effect on September 1 shall be equal to the sum of one percent (1%); and (2) the prime rate published in the Wall Street Journal on the first day of July of the preceding fiscal year that does not fall on a Saturday or Sunday.

  • RDDS availability Refers to the ability of all the RDDS services for the TLD, to respond to queries from an Internet user with appropriate data from the relevant Registry System. If 51% or more of the RDDS testing probes see any of the RDDS services as unavailable during a given time, the RDDS will be considered unavailable.

  • Food Service Waste Reduction Requirements Contractor shall comply with the Food Service Waste Reduction Ordinance, as set forth in San Francisco Environment Code Chapter 16, including but not limited to the remedies for noncompliance provided therein.

  • New Hampshire Specific Data Security Requirements The Provider agrees to the following privacy and security standards from “the Minimum Standards for Privacy and Security of Student and Employee Data” from the New Hampshire Department of Education. Specifically, the Provider agrees to:

  • Federal Medicaid System Security Requirements Compliance Party shall provide a security plan, risk assessment, and security controls review document within three months of the start date of this Agreement (and update it annually thereafter) in order to support audit compliance with 45 CFR 95.621 subpart F, ADP System Security Requirements and Review Process.

  • DNS service availability Refers to the ability of the group of listed-­‐as-­‐authoritative name servers of a particular domain name (e.g., a TLD), to answer DNS queries from DNS probes. For the service to be considered available at a particular moment, at least, two of the delegated name servers registered in the DNS must have successful results from “DNS tests” to each of their public-­‐DNS registered “IP addresses” to which the name server resolves. If 51% or more of the DNS testing probes see the service as unavailable during a given time, the DNS service will be considered unavailable.

  • Updated Certification of Required Insurances As insurance coverage is traditionally of a term nature, it is the Contractor’s responsibility to maintain not just the appropriate insurance coverages, but also their filed certifications with OGS. The Contractor shall furnish to the State up to date certifications of coverages for all insurance requirements per section 4.16 - Insurance Requirements.
