Successful Respondent’s Review and Dispute. DIR shall provide Successful Respondent with a copy of the Benchmarker's report. Successful Respondent shall have ten (10) Business Days to dispute the validity of the report, in writing, to the Designated DIR Contract ManagerRepresentative. No later than twentytwenty (20) Business Days after receipt of the report, Successful Respondent must provide quantitative evidence for each point disputed in the Benchmarker’s report. Failure to provide materials within the timeframes contained in this Section shall result in a forfeiture of Successful Respondent’s right to dispute.
