Loss of Confidential Information. Each Party shall (i) immediately notify the other Party of any possession, use, knowledge, disclosure, or loss of such other Party's Confidential Information in contravention of this Agreement, (ii) promptly furnish to the other Party all known details and assist such other Party in investigating and/or preventing the reoccurrence of such possession, use, knowledge, disclosure, or loss, (iii) cooperate with the other Party in any investigation or litigation deemed necessary by such other Party to protect its rights and (iv) promptly use appropriate efforts to prevent further possession, use, knowledge, disclosure, or loss of Confidential Information in contravention of this Agreement. Each Party shall bear any costs it incurs in complying with this Section 13.1(d).
Loss of Confidential Information. In the event of any disclosure or loss of, or inability to account for, any Confidential Information of the furnishing Party, the receiving Party will promptly notify the furnishing Party.
Loss of Confidential Information. In the event of any unauthorized disclosure or loss of, or inability to account for, any Confidential Information of the furnishing Party, the receiving Party shall promptly, at its own expense: (i) notify the furnishing Party in writing, (ii) take reasonable steps to minimize the violation; and (iii) reasonably cooperate with the furnishing Party to minimize any damage resulting therefrom.
Loss of Confidential Information. In the event of any breach by the recipient Party of this Section 10.1 that results in a disclosure or loss of, or inability to account for, any Confidential Information of the furnishing Party, the receiving Party shall promptly, at its own expense, (i) notify the furnishing Party in writing, (ii) take such commercially reasonable actions as may be necessary or reasonably requested by the furnishing Party to minimize the breach, and (iii) cooperate in all reasonable respects with the furnishing Party to minimize the breach and any damage resulting therefrom.
Loss of Confidential Information. In the event of any unauthorized disclosure or loss of, or inability to account for, Confidential Information of the Disclosing Party, the Recipient will notify the Disclosing Party immediately.

Loss of Confidential Information. If there is any disclosure or loss of, or inability to account for, any Confidential Information of the disclosing Party, upon becoming aware of such event the receiving Party shall promptly, at its own expense:
(a) notify the disclosing Party in writing;
(b) take such actions as may be necessary or reasonably requested by the disclosing Party; and
(c) otherwise cooperate with the disclosing Party, to minimize the adverse effects to the disclosing Party of such event and any damage resulting from such event.
Loss of Confidential Information. In the event of any loss of the Confidential Information or unauthorised disclosure of Confidential Information, the Executive shall notify the Company immediately.
Loss of Confidential Information. Each Party shall maintain reasonable procedures to prevent accidental or other loss of any Confidential Information received from the Disclosing Party and shall exert at least the same degree of care as it uses to protect its own Confidential Information. Each Party shall immediately notify the other in the event of any actual or suspected loss or unauthorized disclosure of that Party’s Confidential Information. Each Party will take all reasonable further steps requested by the other Party to prevent, control or remedy such violation.
Loss of Confidential Information. In the event of any unauthorized disclosure or loss of, or inability to account for Confidential Information, Mobius will notify CDP immediately.
