Successors; Governing Law. This Agreement will inure solely to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties hereto and the officers and directors and controlling persons referred to in Section 12 hereof and their respective successors, assigns, heirs, executors and administrators, and no other persons will have any right or obligation hereunder. This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without giving effect to the principles of conflicts of laws thereof.

Successors; Governing Law. This Bond Purchase Agreement will inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties hereto and their successors and assigns. This Bond Purchase Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia.
Successors; Governing Law. This Agreement shall be binding upon the executors, administrators, estates, heirs and legal successors of the Limited Partners. This Agreement and the rights of the parties hereunder arising out of or related to this Agreement or the transactions contemplated hereunder shall be governed by, and interpreted in accordance with, the laws of the Cayman Islands, and all rights and remedies shall be governed by such laws without regard to principles of conflicts of laws. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the terms “gross negligence,” “negligence” and “willful misconduct” as used in this Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware.
Successors; Governing Law. This Option shall be binding upon any successors or assigns of the Company. THIS OPTION SHALL CONSTITUTE A CONTRACT UNDER THE LAWS OF TEXAS AND FOR ALL PURPOSES SHALL BE CONSTRUED IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF TEXAS WITHOUT GIVING EFFECT TO THE CONFLICT OF LAWS PRINCIPLES.
Successors; Governing Law. This Guaranty shall be binding upon the Guarantor, its successors and assignees, and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York.
