Common use of Sufficiency of Tender Clause in Contracts

Sufficiency of Tender. The Contractor shall have deemed to have satisfied himself before tendering as to the correctness and sufficiency of his tender for the works and of the rate(s) and price(s) quoted in the Schedule of Quantity, which rate(s) and price(s) shall, except as otherwise provided, cover all his obligations under the Contract and all matters and things necessary for carrying out the work.

Sufficiency of Tender. The Contractor contractor shall have be deemed to have satisfied himself before tendering as to the correctness and sufficiency of his tender for the works and of the rate(s) and price(s) rates quoted in the Schedule schedule of Quantity, Quantities and Prices which rate(s) and price(s) shall, shall (except as otherwise provided, provided in the contract) cover all his obligations under the Contract contract and all matters and things necessary for carrying out the proper execution and completion of the works in accordance with the provisions of the contract and its operation during execution of work.
