Sufficiency of Tender. The Service Provider shall be deemed to have satisfied itself before submitting its Tender as to the correctness and sufficiency of the rates and prices stated by it in the Tender which shall (except in so far as it is otherwise provided in this Contract) cover all its obligations under this Contract.
