Suicide. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, the benefits otherwise provided herein shall not be payable and this Agreement shall become null and void if the Executive's death results from suicide, whether sane or insane, within twenty-six (26) months after the execution of his Joinder Agreement.
