Summary of Needed Load Posting Materials. The Engineer shall use this form to tabulate signs and sign hardware needed for proper load posting of Off-System bridges. This includes signs and hardware at both ends of a bridge including advance locations. The Engineer shall prepare a separate copy of this form for each local jurisdiction, as agreed upon with the State District Bridge Inspection Office. The Engineer shall submit the summary to the State and never provide the summary directly to any local jurisdiction. Note: Load posted bridges on dead-end roads only require signs on the approach away from the dead- end.
