Examples of Administrative Fee in a sentence
Before Resident may access or occupy the premises, any required installments or other payments then due (including any Administrative Fee, which is earned and payable upon mutual execution of this Agreement) must be paid in full with cleared funds and guaranty or prepayment requirements satisfied.
The Contractor shall pay to NASPO ValuePoint, or its assignee, a NASPO ValuePoint Administrative Fee of one- quarter of one percent (0.25% or 0.0025) no later than sixty (60) days following the end of each calendar quarter.
Supplier may not charge Participating Entities more than the contracted price to offset the Administrative Fee.
