Common use of Summary Statement Clause in Contracts

Summary Statement. Xxxxxxx Xxxxx College requires all transfer candidates to provide evidence of completing a minimum of 22 general education courses covering the following domains: Minimum: 3 credits Natural/Physical Science Minimum: 1 credit for a Natural/Physical Science Lab Minimum: 3 credits Humanities/Arts Minimum: 3 credits Mathematics Minimum: 3 credits Social Sciences Minimum: 6 credits English Composition/Writing Minimum: 3 credits Humanities/Social Sciences/Natural or Physical Science/or Mathematics This agreement will provide a guaranteed admission arrangement for students from MCC to obtain a Bachelor of Science Degree from WJC. Students who have completed received an associate degree (minimum of 60 credits) from MCC in Liberal Arts, Human Services Transfer, or Psychology Concentration, with a 2.5 cumulative GPA or higher, will be guaranteed admission in the Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Human Services program. Students with 60 credits and a GPA lower than a 2.5 cumulative average are still encouraged to apply but are not guaranteed admission.
