Shared Responsibility. The Employer and the Union acknowledge a shared responsibility to: 1) prevent harassment; 2) promote a safe, abuse-free working environment; 3) uphold the philosophy of zero tolerance of harassment; 4) cooperate in identifying situations, reporting promptly, and disclosing information in order to facilitate investigations.

Customer may have additional responsibilities depending on the type of cloud Services that a customer selects. The type of cloud Services determines the amount of configuration work the customer must perform as part of its security responsibilities.
