SUMMARY SUSPENSIONS. University, Program Director, or designee, Department Head, or designee, each shall have the authority to summarily suspend, without prior notice, all or any portion of House Officer’s appointment and/or privileges, whenever it is in good faith determined that the continued appointment of House Officer places the safety or health of patients or University personnel in jeopardy or to prevent imminent disruption of University operations.
