Common use of Summer Classes Clause in Contracts

Summer Classes. Wages for summer classes offered during the period between the end of spring semester to fall semester shall be computed at the rate of two and one half percent (2.5%) of the faculty member’s academic year salary per credit hour. Credit hours shall be adjusted for laboratory and/or graduate courses in a manner consistent with course load practice during the regular term.
