Common use of Summer Coverage - Probationary Faculty Clause in Contracts

Summer Coverage - Probationary Faculty. A faculty member who is on a probationary appointment who is eligible for an Employer contribution continues to receive the Employer contribution during the summer if the faculty member is either continuing on at the college for another year or has been hired at another college by May 31st of each year.

A faculty member who is on a 10 probationary appointment who is eligible for an Employer contribution continues to 11 receive the Employer contribution during the summer if the faculty member is either 12 continuing on at the college for another year or has been hired at another college by May 13 31st of each year.

A faculty member who is on a 15 probationary appointment who is eligible for an Employer contribution continues to 16 receive the Employer contribution during the summer if the faculty member is either 17 continuing on at the college for another year or has been hired at another college by May 31st 18 31 of each year.
