Summer Session Defined. Summer session shall consist of the time between the last day of spring semester and the first day of fall semester, or any portion thereof. For nine-month faculty, summer session shall mean any time during the fiscal year that falls outside of the faculty member’s nine-month appointment year, excluding breaks within the academic year.
