Common use of Sunset Provision Clause in Contracts

Sunset Provision. The record of an employee shall not be used against at any time after twelve (1 2) months following a suspension or disciplinary action, including letters of reprimand or any adverse reports, provided no additional suspension or disciplinary action of a similar nature was imposed within the twelve (12) month period.
