Common use of Sunset Clause in Contracts

Sunset. A city or county participating in this pilot program may accept an individual for diversion into the pilot program until June 30, third party administering the diversion program may collect and disburse fees collected pursuant to subdivision 6, paragraph (a), clause (2), through December 31, 2-0-1-2- 2014, at which time the pilot program under this section expires.

Sunset. A city or county participating in this pilot program may accept an individual for diversion into the pilot program until June 30, 2013 2017. The third party administering the diversion program may collect and disburse fees collected pursuant to subdivision 6, paragraph (a), clause (2), through December 31, 2-0-1-2- 20142014 2018, at which time the pilot program under this section expires.

Sunset. A city or county participating in this pilot program may accept an individual for diversion into the pilot program until June 30, 2017 2019. The third party administering the diversion program may collect and disburse fees collected pursuant to subdivision 6, paragraph (a), clause (2), through December 31, 2-0-1-2- 20142018 2020, at which time the pilot program under this section expires.
