Common use of SUPER BUILT UP AREA Clause in Contracts

SUPER BUILT UP AREA. according to the context shall in relation to the said Unit in the Building mean and include the built up area of the Said Unit and proportionate share of other areas including area for common purpose and mandatory open space in the said building but shall not include Car Parking Space.
