Common use of Superannuation Funds Clause in Contracts

If you are the trustee of a superannuation fund you further undertake, warrant and represent to us, with the intention that this warranty is repeated each time you provide us with instructions, that you have sought advice as the trustee of a superannuation fund dealing in Products and are satisfied that in so doing you comply with all your fiduciary duties and obligations under the Superannuation Industry (Supervision) ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, the regulations made under it and/or other relevant legislation or regulations, and that your dealings do not in any way breach that legislation or those regulations.
