Supercedes Prior Agreement. This Agreement supercedes any prior indemnification agreement between Indemnitee and the Corporation or its predecessors.
Supercedes Prior Agreement. This Agreement supercedes the provisions of that certain Interim Guarantee dated October 4, 2001 between the parties hereto, which prior agreement shall be of no further force or effect. The undersigned hereby acknowledges that all amounts guaranteed under such Interim Guarantee shall remain guaranteed pursuant hereto.
Supercedes Prior Agreement. This Agreement supercedes any -------------------------- prior indemnification agreement between Indemnitee and CSBC or its predecessors regarding service by Indemnitee on the board of directors of Community Trust.
Supercedes Prior Agreement. This Agreement replaces and supercedes in its entirety that certain loan agreement by and between Borrower and Lender dated March 13, 1996, which has been satisfied in full and terminated.
Supercedes Prior Agreement. This Agreement amends, restates and supercedes that certain Employment Agreement by and between Company and Employee made as of October 24, 2002 (the “Prior Agreement”) in all respects.
Supercedes Prior Agreement. This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties as to the GED Program and supercedes any and all prior agreements between the parties related to educational release time and service commitments under the GED Program.
Supercedes Prior Agreement. This Agreement supercedes any prior indemnification agreement between Indemnitee and the Corporation or its predecessors, including, without limitation, any prior indemnification agreement between Indemnitee and Express Scripts, Inc. or Medco Health Solutions, Inc.
Supercedes Prior Agreement. This Agreement contains the entire agreement between the parties as to the Program and supercedes any and all prior agreements between the parties related to educational release time and service commitments under the Program.
Supercedes Prior Agreement. This Agreement shall supersede the County/City Interlocal Agreement for a Consolidated Communications Center executed between Sarasota County and the City of North Port, entered into July 23, 1996, concerning the dispatching of fire and emergency medical services.
Supercedes Prior Agreement. This Agreement amends, restates, supercedes and replaces an Incentive Stock Option Agreement of even date between the Company and the Option Holder.
