Incentive Stock Option Agreement definition

Incentive Stock Option Agreement means the agreement between the Company and the Optionee, in such form as may from time to time be adopted by the Committee, under which the Optionee may purchase Common Stock pursuant to the terms of an Incentive Stock Option granted under the Plan.
