Common use of Superfunding Clause in Contracts

Superfunding. In the event the City is advised by XxxXXXX that it is no longer required to make the employees’ contribution into the retirement system, payroll deductions of employee contributions will cease. If the City is required to make the employees’ contribution at a future date, payroll deduction for employee contributions shall resume as prescribed in Section I.A.
