SUPERINTENDENCE BY THE CONTRACTOR. At all times during performance of this Agreement, and until the work is completed and accepted, Contractor shall directly superintend the work or assign and have on the worksite a competent superintendent who is satisfactory to Yakama Nation and has authority to act for Contractor.
