Common use of Superintendent, Chief Executive Officer, and Secretary for the Board Clause in Contracts

Superintendent, Chief Executive Officer, and Secretary for the Board. Xx. Xxxxxxx Xxxxx is hereby employed as the District’s Superintendent. The Superintendent shall also be the Chief Executive Officer and shall serve as the Secretary to the Board.

Xxxxxxx also shall also be the Chief Executive Officer of the District and shall serve as the Secretary to the Board. By accepting this employment, Xx. Xxxxxxx agrees to devote his full time, best efforts and abilities to performing the duties and responsibilities as provided herein or as assigned to the Superintendent from time to time by the Board.
