Superior Agreement. The Agreement will not be supplemented or modified by any course of dealing or usage of trade. Variance from or addition to the terms and conditions of the Agreement in any purchase order or other written notification from OEM (including but not limited to any specification of a price different than Novell's current list price, less the appropriate discount) will be of no effect, unless otherwise expressly provided in the Agreement.
