Common use of SUPERIOR LEASE Clause in Contracts

SUPERIOR LEASE. To observe and perform the tenant covenants in the Superior Lease in so far as they relate to the Premises except for the covenant to pay rent.

SUPERIOR LEASE. To pay the rent reserved by the Superior Lease and to observe and perform the tenant tenant’s covenants in the Superior Lease in so far (insofar as they relate to the Premises except Tenant is not liable for the covenant to pay rentsuch observance and performance) under its covenants herein contained.

SUPERIOR LEASE. (a) To perform and observe and perform all the tenant covenants on the part of the lessee contained in the Superior Lease in so far as they relate to the Demised Premises except for other than the covenant to pay rent.
