Common use of Supervision and Inspection Clause in Contracts

Supervision and Inspection. Without prejudice to any of the terms and conditions of the Order, the Company's representative will be entitled to check the quality of the products and their compliance with the Order prior to, upon or after receipt thereof, all at the Company's choice, in order to determine whether the products comply with the Order. The Company will not be charged for products found to be defective or inconsistent with the Order. For the avoidance of doubt, the inspections carried out by the Company's representative as aforesaid do not release the Supplier from its full responsibility as specified above.
