Budget Cost Analysis. The Construction Administrator shall review and comment on the accuracy and completeness of the initial construction cost estimate, contained in a report submitted by the architect at the completion of the pre-design phase, and its conformance to the budget.
Budget Cost Analysis. The Agency will assist the Department by providing accurate information for the Department to create a budget/cost analysis in accordance with Section 216.3475, Florida Statutes.
