Supervision given or received. In no event shall upward reclassification result in a loss of pay for a classified employee, and in no event shall the reclassification change the employee’s anniversary date for the purposes of earning salary step increases. Unless agreed upon differently by the Committee, the reclassification accomplished by the Reclassification Committee shall become effective July 1st.
