Supervision and Evaluation. The Dutch educational institution and the internship employer will both appoint internship supervisors who will be responsible for supervising the intern. If problems arise, the two internship supervisors will contact each other. There will be an interim evaluation and a final evaluation. The parties will agree on what shape these evaluations will take. At the end of the internship, the Dutch educational institution will require a report from the intern. The requirements of the report will be known by the student before the internship begins. The internship employer will be presented with a copy of this report. The internship employer will present the intern with an evaluation of his/her internship.
Supervision and Evaluation. All instructors will meet the minimum requirements to teach as specified by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC). The College shall select, supervise, and evaluate instructors for courses which result in the award of dual credit. Instructors teaching dual credit courses will be required to meet the same standards, reviews, and approval procedures used by the College to select all College faculty. Official transcripts of all faculty must be kept on file at the College. Embedded faculty are full-time high school teachers hired by Collin College as associate faculty to teach College courses during regular high school hours. During the college course time at the high school, embedded faculty are under the guidance of Collin College and must follow the guidelines and procedures of the College such as but not limited to, curriculum, FERPA, syllabus, college schedule, etc. Dual Credit courses may be taught on one of the College's campuses or online. Dual credit courses need a minimum of 15 students to be offered regardless of location. Workforce/CTE classes may have exceptions to this minimum as they are limited by space and teacher to student ratios for safety. All course minimums are subject to review by the College’s Academic Department Deans. During Maymester and Wintermester terms, dual/concurrent credit students may enroll in one online course. Courses will be comprised of dual credit high school students only or of dual credit high school students and college credit students if offered online or on a Collin College campus. High school students will not be allowed to concurrently enroll in college courses for high school credit only. High school dual credit and concurrent enrollment students will have access to all college academic and student support services including, but not limited to, libraries, electronic library resources, writing centers, tutorial services, assessment, admissions, and academic advisement. Some services are available only on Collin College’s campuses. Per HB1638, all dual credit students receive academic and/or college readiness advising as referenced in the attached Appendix A. Supervision and Evaluation. The educational institution (or unit of educational programme like a faculty) will assign an Educational Supervisor responsible for the student's internship and the host organisation will name an on-site Supervisor. If any problems arise, the on-site Supervisor will contact the Educational Supervisor. - At the end of the internship the educational institution requires a report from the student-trainee, the detailed requirements for this report will be available to the student before the internship begins. The host organisation will be presented a copy of this report. - The host organisation will provide the student-trainee with an evaluation of his or her internship as well as a written confirmation that the scheduled work programme has been undertaken and completed.
Supervision and Evaluation. Every employee is entitled to regular supervision and evaluation by the Employer of their performance.
(A) All employees are entitled, within reasonable limits, to request and receive supervisory assistance regarding problems in carrying out duties of their job at any time.
(B) On an annual basis, each employee shall receive from the Employer a statement, based upon supervisory contacts with the employee, regarding the employee’s performance over the previous 12 months and whether it is satisfactory. This statement shall be placed in the personnel file. This obligation cannot be satisfied with the earlier statements mentioned in § 12.4. The Employer shall post copies of the evaluation form template on the intranet and distribute them to staff when they are hired and if the evaluation forms are changed.
(C) All employees who are responsible for casehandling are entitled to post- probationary reviews of their caseload by a supervisor with reasonable frequency, as required. The purpose of this review shall be to develop recommendations for additional training of the employee, to provide specific advice or training with regard to particular cases, and to give the employee feedback regarding the Employer’s appraisal of their performance.
(D) Evaluations of an employee’s performance should, when feasible, be made by a supervisor with reasonable knowledge of the employee’s job performance.
(E) An employee shall be given a draft copy of their evaluation and an opportunity to meet with their supervisor to discuss the evaluation before it is finalized. At the employee’s request, the final evaluation shall make note of the employee’s comments. An evaluation shall not serve as a warning. If an evaluation serves as the basis of a warning, a separate warning shall be issued.
(F) Any evaluation containing a less than satisfactory rating of an employee’s performance shall inform the employee of the changes required to correct the identified problem. The Employer, working with the employee, shall identify measures that may be reasonably expected to enable the employee to cure the specific shortcomings and shall allow the employee a reasonable period of time to correct those shortcomings. It shall be the responsibility of the employee to cooperate fully with this approach. Supervision and Evaluation. The Director of Army Instruction shall supervise and evaluate all JROTC personnel according to criteria formulated in Military directives and regulations as set forth by the Department of the Army, the U.S. Training and Doctrine Command, Fort Monroe, VA and Headquarters Xxxxxx XXXX Xxxxxx, Xxxx Xxxx, KY. It is recognized, however, that the JROTC program is part of the total teaching program within the schools and that the school administrator shall have the responsibility for the supervision and evaluation of the JROTC instructor’s performance as it relates to his or her effectiveness in the local school setting. It is desirable that the school administrator and the Director of Army Instruction consult generally on evaluations of all JROTC instructors. Copies of evaluations shall be made available to JROTC instructors. Requirements and standards mutually acceptable to the U.S. Army and the District must be maintained.
