Common use of Supervision of Engineering Studies Clause in Contracts

Supervision of Engineering Studies. To review and evaluate the studies prepared by the CONCESSIONAIRE, the same that shall be in accordance with the scope of the Contract. Such studies, among others, are: ▪ Final engineering ▪ Detailed engineering ▪ As-built engineering With regard to the POS and Operational Study, the Supervising Firm shall perform the monitoring and verification of this study to ensure compliance with the scope contained in the contract, in particular Annex 1.
