SUPERVISION OF PERSONS SERVED. 1. Supervision by PEACEFUL MINDS RESIDENTIAL SERVICES, LLC • The Director or designee is responsible for the overall supervision of the persons served and the coordination of the various departmental functions in relation to the person’s program. • The Director or designee is expected to monitor the program of the persons served and keep the DORS counselors informed as to progress and problems, if any. • Supervision of the DORS consumer shall include: o Maintenance of attendance and progress reports. o Direct instruction/evaluation of course content. o Interpretation and enforcement of the policies, rules and regulations pertaining to the orderly operation of PEACEFUL MINDS RESIDENTIAL SERVICES, LLC program. o Reporting any irregularities in the program of the DORS consumer. • Criminal Background Check: o Peaceful Minds Residential Services, LLC is responsible for ensuring that its employees, agents, volunteers, and contractors, who provide services to DORS consumers under this cooperative agreement, are fingerprinted and have a background check consistent with Family Law Article, Annotated Code of Maryland, Section 5-551 through 5-557 and CARF Employment and Community Services Standards Manual.

  • Supervision of Students At least one teacher is to remain with the students after the close of any activity, practice session or game until the last student has left the premises. This rule applies whether the group is at the home school or field or is away.

The TSP shall provide skilled personnel who are experienced in their respective fields.

  • Removal of Personnel TFC may request that the Contractor replace unsatisfactory personnel, which request shall not be unreasonably denied.
