Supervision of Under Age Participants. Affiliates are responsible for the direct supervision of any player or official who is under the age of 18 years. All steps should be undertaken by an affiliate to protect these person’s from all forms of harassment. This includes ensuring that: ● These minors must be made fully aware of the Member Protection Policy ● When travelling to, during and from the tournament, all care is taken to supervise minors.
