SUPERVISOR’S SCALE OF WAGES. A. Organizing and distributing work shall be considered the work of the supervisor, or the assistant supervisor in the absence of the supervisor, and persons so employed shall be members in good standing of the CEP, Local 2000, and shall receive such compensation above the regular scale of wages as may be mutually agreed upon by the employer and the persons so employed provided that the supervisor shall be paid not less than 12% of the basic rate per hour in addition to the regular scale. In the absence of the supervisor the assistant supervisor shall be paid 12% of the basic rate in addition to the regular scale. B. The classified advertising supervisor or his or her substitute shall select and supervise all the employees connected with that department.
