Common use of Supervisors Working Clause in Contracts

Supervisors Working. 21.01 Supervisors will not routinely perform work which is normally performed by those under their supervision, except in case of emergency or for the purpose of instructing employees. 21.02 Persons not covered by the terms of this Agreement, will not perform duties normally assigned to those employees who are covered by this Agreement, except for the purposes of instruction, experimentation or an emergency when regular employees are not readily available.
