Supervisory Meetings. Any Supervisor covered by this agreement who is required to attend any meeting on CITY business either before or after scheduled work hours shall receive compensation exclusive of travel time.
Supervisory Meetings. Student and supervisor will meet each week on at least two occasions, once at a weekly lab meeting, and once for an individual meeting. The individual meeting will be scheduled for a time convenient to both student and supervisor and time should be allowed for 1 hour of discussion. Email will also be a means for communication and questions.
Supervisory Meetings. The student and supervisor will meet with sufficient frequency so that the supervisor remains well informed of the student’s current research progress and the student receives necessary and timely feedback. Formal meetings should be scheduled at least once per month (usually with a pre-set fixed time), but either the student or supervisor can request additional meetings as needed. It is expected that informal discussions will occur frequently between the student and supervisor. Students will be expected to present the results of their research to the laboratory group at least once per year. (Note: these meetings are in addition to the annual progress meetings held with the full supervisory committee).

Initially, all cases and documentation will be reviewed in each supervision session. ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇ will be prepared to discuss all active cases and will prepare in advance the cases he wishes to focus on in supervision. ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇ may also select cases to focus on. ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇ will select two ongoing cases to video tape at every contact, after obtaining written client authorization (authorization form to be provided). These tapes will be provided to ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇ for review and supervision sessions will include regular video review.

  • Faculty Meetings Principals shall have the authority to schedule necessary faculty meetings; however, such meetings shall be as brief and well planned as possible. Such meetings shall be used for purposes that cannot be accomplished effectively through other means. Faculty meetings shall be scheduled in a manner that impacts teacher planning time to the least degree possible. If more than one faculty meeting is held in a month, the purpose of the meeting shall be announced to the faculty in advance.

  • Board Meetings The Superintendent shall attend, and shall be permitted to attend, all meetings of the Board, both public and closed, with the exception of those closed meetings devoted to the consideration of any action or lack of action on the Superintendent's Contract, or the Superintendent's evaluation, or for purposes of resolving conflicts between individual Board members, or when the Board is acting in its capacity as a tribunal. In the event of illness or Board-approved absence, the Superintendent's designee shall attend such meetings.
