Common use of Supper Money Clause in Contracts

Supper Money. Should an employee be required to perform overtime work in excess of two (2) hours in any one (1) day and who is not notified the day before the overtime work is performed, he/she shall be paid DOR seven ($7) dollars and Year 5 eight ($8) dollars supper money in lieu thereof effective the date of ratification.
