Common use of SUPPLANTING GOVERNMENT FUNDS Clause in Contracts

SUPPLANTING GOVERNMENT FUNDS. 4 CONTRACTOR shall not supplant any federal, State, or COUNTY funds intended for the 5 purposes of this Agreement with any funds made available under this Agreement. 6 CONTRACTOR shall not claim reimbursement from COUNTY for, or apply sums received from 7 COUNTY with respect to, that portion of its obligations which have been paid by another source 8 of revenue. CONTRACTOR agrees that it shall not use funds received pursuant to this Agreement, 9 either directly or indirectly, as a contribution or compensation for purposes of obtaining federal, 10 State, or COUNTY funds under any federal, State, or COUNTY program without prior written 11 approval of XXXXXXXXXXXXX.
