Allowable Costs and Usage. During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 27 monthly in arrears, for the provision of services described in Paragraph 3 of 28 Exhibit A to this Agreement, at the rate stated in Paragraph 8 of Exhibit A to 1 this Agreement. COUNTY does not guarantee CONTRACTOR any minimum number of 2 referrals or minimum sum of money during the term of this Agreement.
