Allowable Costs and Usage. During the term of this Agreement, COUNTY shall pay CONTRACTOR 27 monthly in arrears, for the provision of services described in Paragraph 3 of 28 Exhibit A to this Agreement, at the rate stated in Paragraph 8 of Exhibit A to 1 this Agreement. COUNTY does not guarantee CONTRACTOR any minimum number of 2 referrals or minimum sum of money during the term of this Agreement.

No guarantee is given by COUNTY to CONTRACTOR regarding usage of this Agreement. CONTRACTOR agrees to provide TECH services at the unit price listed above, regardless of the number of referrals from COUNTY.
